📋 Refund Policy

❌ Starter Guide ($30)

Non-refundable. Once purchased, we immediately begin preparing your personalized information package (hospital recommendations, cost estimates, and guides). This is a service fee for information delivery.

✅ Standard Package ($299)

  • 72+ hours before service: Refund $269
  • (The $30 information fee is non-refundable)
  • Within 72 hours: No refund
  • (Coordination work already started)

Special Circumstances:

  • 🩺 Medical reasons (visa denied, unfit for surgery): Full refund
  • ✈️ Force majeure (flight cancellation, natural disaster): Reschedule or negotiable refund
