How are you different from other medical tourism services?
Most medical tourism agencies earn commissions from hospitals. We do NOT. We charge transparent consulting fees and have no financial relationship with any hospital. This means you get honest, unbiased recommendations based solely on your medical needs.
Do I pay the hospital directly?
Yes. Hospital treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital — just like you would at home. We do not handle hospital payments or take commissions from hospitals.
What if I don't speak Chinese?
We arrange professional medical interpreters at all major hospitals. Our coordinators also communicate with you in English throughout the entire process.
Can I choose any hospital I want?
Absolutely. We provide recommendations, but you make the final decision. We coordinate with whichever hospital you choose.
Is the consulting fee refundable?
Our Basic consultation fee ($30) covers the initial case review. The Full Consultation fee ($299) covers comprehensive analysis and the written report. Fees are non-refundable once we've begun work on your case.
