Most medical-tourism agencies earn commissions from hospitals. We do not. We charge a clear coordination fee and have no financial relationship with any hospital. That means you get an honest, unbiased read on the options that fit your case.
Do I pay the hospital directly?
Yes. Hospital treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital — just like at home. We do not handle hospital payments or collect on the hospital's behalf.
What if I don't speak Chinese?
For pre-arrival coordination — record translation, appointment messages, and hospital-side communication before you arrive — we handle the English-Chinese bridge. In-stay interpretation at the hospital is arranged by the hospital itself, not by us.
Can I choose any hospital I want?
Yes. We provide a shortlist based on your case. You make the final choice. Once you decide, we coordinate the appointment with that hospital.

That's where our scope ends. The hospital takes over for treatment, in-stay interpretation, and stay logistics. We don't replace insurance, hospital concierge, or post-care follow-up — those sit with the provider or with a separate arrangement.
