Depending on your package:

L1 — Hospital Shortlist ($49): You receive 2–3 hospital recommendations with cost comparisons, transport guidance, and a preparation checklist — usually within 24 hours. Information only — no hospital contact. Ready for you to plan independently.

L2 — Hospital Verification ($149): We send your case summary in Chinese to 2–3 hospitals, translate their responses into English, and connect you directly with the best-fit hospital. Delivered within 4–7 business days. Once you and the hospital are in touch, this phase is complete.

L3 — Full Journey Management ($399): Includes everything in L2, plus medical record translation, visa invitation letter, appointment booking, airport pickup, and ongoing coordination throughout your treatment — from matching to discharge.

L1 → L2: Your $49 is credited toward Hospital Verification ($149) — you pay +$100 more.

L1 → L3: Your $49 is credited toward Full Journey Management ($399) — you pay +$350 more.

L2 → L3: Your $149 is fully credited toward Full Journey Management ($399) — you pay +$250 more. Valid for 30 days.
