📋 Phase 2: Documentation (3-4 weeks before)

Valid passport — Ensure passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date

Apply for Chinese visa — Tourist (L) visa is sufficient to start; we help convert to medical visa if needed

Translate medical records — Get key documents translated to English (we provide this service)

Current medication list — List all medications with dosages; bring enough for your stay plus 1 week extra

Vaccination records — Check if any vaccinations are recommended for China travel

Travel insurance — Purchase medical travel insurance covering treatment complications
