When we tried to access the Sinosend link you sent, it returned a 404 — the file could not be found. This can happen for two common reasons:

1. The link has expired (Sinosend shared folders have a default validity window, after which the file is removed)
2. A character or two got dropped when the link was copied

Could you re-share the link with us when you have a moment? The most reliable way is to log into your Sinosend account, open "Sent" or "Shared", and copy the link directly from there — that way nothing gets truncated.

If there is a separate access password, please send that as well.

No rush — whenever is convenient for you. Once we have everything, we will keep moving with the team at Tangdu Hospital and come back to you with our initial assessment within 2–3 business days, as we discussed.
