环境检查清单

1. 基础工具检查

# 检查 PowerShell 版本（需要 5.1+ 或 7.x）

1. 执行策略设置

文件权限管理

1. 查看权限

故障排除

问题1: PowerShell 脚本无法运行

问题2: 命令找不到
